MEET RYAN BICKFORD

I'm Ryan. I've worked in the fitness industry since 2016. I founded Bickford Fitness in 2017. I've worked tirelessly to perfect my craft, and bring my clients the results they seek. I am fortunate to have helped so many people achieve goals they never thought they could. Bodybuilders, D1 athletes, and everyday people, I've worked with them all. Regardless of where you are in your journey, I can help you too.

My journey began in high school as a 3 sport athlete. That took me to Ball State University where I graduated with my degree in Exercise Science. While pursuing my education, I discovered bodybuilding while also being a member of the strength and conditioning staff for football and women's basketball. I have won many bodybuilding titles, and competed at the highest levels. This background has lead me to develop my system of training that is for the person who wants to look better, move better, and feel better. My passion is to coach, and empower the people who believe in me and my system.
