We all have different priorities, and that's ok. It takes all kinds of people to make the world go round. Some people drive a fancy car, but live in a modest house. People will have to have the latest tv. Families redo the game room before they redo their kitchen. Is the one who prioritizes the game room over the kitchen better than the other? No! But do they have their answer when they wonder why the kitchen cabinets are outdated and they're lacking nice new appliances. Yes, because they prioritized one over the other.
So when you ask yourself "why can't I lose weight?" "why do I get winded going up the stairs?" "why am I not getting stronger?" do you already have the answer? Probably. Look at your priorities. Do you start and stop exercise? Do you try fad diets? Do you eat out and drink frequently? If you're having a bad day or your schedule gets messed up, do you immediately cancel your gym time? Are you not hiring a personal trainer? Do these things make you a bad person? Absolutely not. It does say that your priorities are dictating your outcomes tho. If you want results, no matter what it is that you're doing in life, you have to prioritize it.
